Right Handed Carpet Overedging Sewing Machine
There are 2 types of series in total. These are the DK-2500R and DK-2500L series. In fully automatic lines, these two models are connected to the line opposite each other to perform the right and left edge sewing work at the same time, and thus both sides of the carpet are overlocked at the same time. With this process production is doubled.
DK-2500R series is a carpet overlock machine with right stitching direction. It performs overlock sewing of recessed and protruding carpets, mats, runners and all kinds of carpets with its easy maneuverability.
- DK-2502R / DK-2502RK: 2 Thread Carpet Edge Overlock Machine. It completely covers the edge of the carpet. Ideal for use on fully automatic lines.
- DK-2503R / DK-2503RK: 3 Thread Carpet Edge Overlock Machine. It completely covers the edge of the carpet and leaves a pattern on the outside. Ideal for use on fully automatic lines.
- DK-2501RK: Single Thread Butted Seam Overlock Machine. It is made to temporarily join the end edges of fabrics for processing in bleaching, dyeing and printing factories. Ideal for use in dye factories.
